Common questions

I can't find the email. It comes from books@audreypemberton.com with the subject "Your copy of Before You Land in Britain". Check your spam or promotions folder, then use the form above.

The download doesn't start on my phone. Try again over Wi-Fi. The book is about 21 MB. On an iPhone, the file appears in the Files app under Downloads, and you can move it to Books.

I'd like a refund. Within 14 days of buying, write to us with the form above, from the email you paid with, and we'll refund you in full. No reason needed.

I paid but saw no download page. Your links are emailed as soon as the payment is confirmed. Some payment methods take a little longer to clear.
